We maintain exceptional standards in documentation and in programming software applications with a rigid quality assurance and review process. As consultants, we aim at improving our client's use of their capabilities and resources. In some cases this means developing an organizational plan and preparing detailed descriptions of the duties and responsibilities of key personnel and insuring information is retrievable. In other cases, it may mean designing or improving a client's management information system or devising control reports which will give management the facts needed to make sound decisions. | ||
